Dijon Mustard Vinaigrette Dressing

This tangy and versatile dressing combines Dijon mustard, olive oil, and vinegar to create a smooth and flavorful emulsion. Perfect for drizzling over crisp greens, roasted vegetables, or even as a marinade, it’s a quick and easy way to elevate any dish.

Ingredients
  

  • 4 Dijon Mustard
  • 3 Red wine vinegar
  • 1 White wine vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1-2 cloves Garlic
  • 1/2 tsp Basil
  • 1/8 tsp Black Pepper
  • 2 drops Hot Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Grated Onion
  • 12 tbsp Olive Oil

Instructions
 

  • Combine the mustard and both vinegars in a blender
  • Add all ingredients but the oil and mix
  • With machine running, slowly add the oil a tablespoon at a time
  • Chill

Makes a little more than a cup of dressing
